Help us keep kids safe
Did you know that many children are afraid to go to school because of fears about bullying and even gun violence?
What if they had the tools to safely stand up for themselves and each other? Imagine our children feeling confident and secure knowing how to prevent tragic outcomes when faced with imminent dangerous behaviors.
Well, imagine no more and join our mission.
The mission of our Stand UP & Speak OUT is to provide schools and organizations with inspiring films, songs, live performance scripts and music, and educational guides that open conversations to build solutions around bullying to keep our children safe.
Our goal is to distribute Stand UP (the anti-bullying musical short film) and This Seat Is Free (an upcoming music video featuring a song written by Mike Song) with an educational component Building Kindness and Empathy Guide to every school system and interested organization in Connecticut FREE of CHARGE.
Additionally we are bringing back Stand UP The Musical Showcase in October 2022 so that Connecticut children, families and educators can experience a live production showcasing inspiring songs and dialogue addressing bullying and how kindness, empathy and acceptance are tools that can be used to keep our kids safe.
Last but not least we have assembled a licensing option for schools and organizations who wish to host their own
live performance of Stand UP the musical. This package includes script, lyrics, sheet music, and backtracks. Performers will have the unique opportunity to experience the raw emotion of someone being bullied and through song and script promote kindness, empathy, diversity and inclusion. Emphasizing that we are one, we can stand up and to something!
Please consider a donation to empower as many children as possible to be safe.
